We are not a franchse
People often assume Jump Start Maths is a franchise, but it isn’t. Built by two Yorkshire mums and friends of over 20 years, Jump Start Maths has been created entirely in-house, shaped by real classrooms, playdates, and life as parents. From lesson plans to resources, everything has been thoughtfully designed to support young children’s confidence through movement and play.
Why We Love Collaborating With Other Independent Businesses
At Jump Start Maths, collaboration sits at the heart of what we do. Supporting other independent businesses helps create stronger, more connected communities for families, and better, more joined-up support for children in the early years.
Why Parent & Child Classes Matter
The early years of a child’s life are a once-in-a-lifetime learning window. Between birth and age five, children’s brains develop faster than at any other stage, and experiences during these years shape how they approach learning long into the future. Parent and child classes support this crucial period by helping families build confidence, early maths foundations and school-ready skills together through play.
