We collect the following personal data through online forms (via Squarespace):

  • Parent/carer name, email address, phone number, and home address

  • Child’s first name and date of birth

  • Contact details of delivery partners (e.g. nurseries, childminders)

  • Any relevant information you provide in a form (e.g. dietary requirements, accessibility or learning needs)

We may also collect feedback for programme monitoring and improvement.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Register you or your child for classes

  • Communicate with you about your bookings

  • Ensure child safety and adapt sessions appropriately

  • Send you updates about our programme, including new classes, events and offers or evaluate our impact (only with your consent)

  • If you opt in, we may contact you via email, phone, text, or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or social media for the purposes outlined above

3. How we store your data

All data is collected via secure Squarespace forms and stored in encrypted Google Sheets. Access is restricted to company directors.

We will not retain your personal data longer than necessary. If you do not engage with us for 12 months after your last class, your data will be securely deleted unless we are required to retain it longer for legal or regulatory reasons. You may request secure deletion of your data at any time.

4. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Request correction or deletion of your data

  • Withdraw your consent at any time

  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
